How much can I borrow on a Mortgage?

The first step is knowing how much you can borrow. This can vary greatly depending on your circumstances. We can help you understand how much you can borrow and get a decision in principle – sometimes called an agreement in principle. This will show the estate agent or property seller (vendors) that you are serious about buying. To get an indication of how much you could borrow, see our Mortgage Calculators page Here.

How can we help you?

We understand how daunting the whole home buying process can be. We will help you to understand each stage of the process and go through them with you one step at a time. From your initial enquiry through to stepping into your new home for the first time – and beyond. We will also keep you updated on the progress of each stage of the home buying process along the way so that you know exactly where you stand.
